Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming spa reservations and booking enquiries.
• Assist guests with treatment information, availability, pricing and recommendations.
• Process bookings accurately and efficiently.
• Manage cancellations, amendments and rescheduling of appointments.
• Communicate professionally with guests via telephone, email and other channels.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation records.
• Coordinate closely with therapists, Reception and other hotel departments.
• Assist with managing therapist availability and treatment schedules.
• Ensure guests receive accurate information regarding treatments and spa facilities.
• Upsell suitable treatments, packages and spa experiences where appropriate.
• Handle guest queries and resolve booking-related issues professionally.
• Maintain the high service standards expected within a luxury hotel environment.

• Previous experience in spa reservations, hotel reservations, Front Office or guest relations.
  
• Experience within a luxury hotel, spa or hospitality environment will be advantageous.
