Job summary

Mycareercraft is seeking a friendly spa receptionist in Stellenbosch to warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, calls and emails, and process bookings, payments and vouchers.

You will advise guests on spa services and products, cross-sell and upsell treatments and retail items, maintain client records, and handle online orders while keeping reception neat and welcoming.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in spa reception/administration preferred.
• Experience with spa reservation systems
• Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Excellent multitasking, organisational and time-management skills
• Sound product knowledge with a flair for sales
• Able to work independently and under pressure

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests, both walk-in and by appointment
• Manage the spa reservations diary, calls and emails
• Process bookings, payments and vouchers
• Advise guests on spa services, products and promotions
• Cross-sell and upsell treatments and retail products
• Maintain client records and communicate updates to therapists
• Handle online orders, courier coordination and pre-payment follow-ups
• Keep the reception area and product displays clean, fresh and welcoming
• Order reception and retail supplies as needed
• Gather and relay guest feedback
