Pump and abrasion Technologies in Centurion, SA seeks a Mechanical Design Draughtsman skilled in SolidWorks to produce detailed drawings including GA/ exploded views. You will collaborate with engineers, ensure standards, and maintain design documentation in a PLM/PDM environment.

The role emphasizes BOM creation, ERP-based part numbering, and willingness to work extra hours. Prior EPC exposure is advantageous for project support and integration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years SolidWorks experience.
• Experience with large EPCs advantageous.
• Mineral processing site experience advantageous.
• Knowledge of PLM/PDM and BOM creation.

Responsabilités

• Create detailed mechanical drawings and designs in SolidWorks, including GA, exploded views and sectional drawings.
• Liaise with engineers and departments to develop components and systems.
• Ensure all designs meet industry standards and specifications.
• Maintain design documentation and BOMs, and manage filing structure.
• Assist in technical reports, prototyping and testing of new designs.
• Conform to PDM/PLM controls and ERP-based BOM management.
• Willing to work additional hours when required.
