Job summary

MULTIFORM HUMAN DEVELOPMENT (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Mechanical Draughtsman to design and detail mechanical systems. You will produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings and collaborate with engineers to meet project requirements.

The role requires a Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least five years of drafting experience using SolidWorx, with a focus on moving equipment. You will ensure standards compliance and contribute to documentation and design reviews.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in mechanical drafting and design.
• Experience with SolidWorx in moving equipment projects.
• Knowledge of industry standards and manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Effective team communication and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Familiarity with drafting standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop precise 2D and 3D drawings and models using Solidworx.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to define requirements.
