Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of field service or technical support experience.
• Understanding of solar PV technology, electrical systems, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Valid driver/s license and willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain solar PV systems at client sites.
• Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance on renewable energy equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues related to solar installations.
• Respond to service calls and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures while working on-site.
• Document all service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and parts used.
