Placements24 in Mossel Bay is seeking a Solar Energy Site Supervisor to oversee construction and maintenance at our clients' facilities. This on-site role focuses on safety, quality, and timely delivery of solar projects.

You will lead crews, coordinate logistics, review drawings and specifications, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the Western Cape.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role, preferably in the solar energy or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems installation and maintenance.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to work on-site in various weather conditions in Mossel Bay.
