Job summary

HC Recruit is seeking a Solar Asset Manager to oversee and improve the performance of solar assets in Constantia. You will build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders while maximizing long-term value and returns for the portfolio.

• 2+ years’ experience in the solar energy sector.
• Manage and oversee a portfolio of solar assets.
• Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Monitor asset performance, revenue, costs and overall returns.
• Identify and resolve operational and performance issues.
• Work with O&M providers, contractors and technical teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and asset performance.
• Manage commercial and contractual requirements.
• Conduct site visits and provide updates and recommendations to management.
• Support projects such as refinancing, upgrades and contract renewals.
