Job summary

Hewitt Colenbrander Recruitment seeks a capable individual to manage a portfolio of solar assets in Cape Town. You will monitor performance, revenue and costs while engaging with customers and key stakeholders to maximise returns.

You'll collaborate with O&M providers, contractors and technical teams, conduct site visits, and provide updates to management. This role supports refinancing, upgrades and contract renewals, driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing solar asset portfolios.
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills for asset performance, revenue and cost monitoring.
• Experience with O&M providers and contractors.
• Ability to identify efficiency improvements and cost optimizations.
