Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in software testing within an IT environment.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience mentoring or coaching team members.
• ISTQB Foundation certification (or equivalent).
• Passion for delivering high-quality, user-centric software.
