Job summary

Games Global Operations Limited is seeking a Software Quality Analyst to join the Enhance team in Durban. You will ensure the software under test meets requirements, using testing methodologies and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality experiences for end users.

The role includes functional testing of slot games, defect tracking, planning, and improving processes, with coaching and mentoring duties across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years IT testing experience.
• AI/ML working experience is also required.
• Full understanding of a SDLC.
• Ability to troubleshoot with assistance.
• Entry Level Testing Certification or ISTQB Foundation level certification required.
• Creation and contribution to automation frameworks and solutions.

As a Software Quality Analyst, you will ensure that the software under test meets the specified requirements and to help create the best experience for our end users, using continually improving testing methodologies and working with other teams to deliver the highest quality.
