Qualifications

• Strong cloud computing knowledge with AWS as enterprise platform
• Understanding of event-based architecture and distributed systems
• Ability to shape solutions and engage with architects at a senior level
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and driving delivery
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and IaC practices

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end technical leadership across product/platform delivery, system health, engineering standards, support and maintenance.
• Build and lead high-performing software teams, create the conditions for predictable delivery and drive continuous improvement.
• Set the standards for code deployment across pipelines, ensure system reliability and drive modern engineering and platform practices.
• Collaborate with architects to shape solutions and translate architecture into implementation decisions.
• Oversee IT governance across teams and drive technology modernization.
• Lead cloud-centric initiatives and platform engineering efforts (AWS, automation, event-driven) across the organization.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
