Qualifications

• 3+ years’ proven experience in back-end software development and delivery.
• Grade 12 National Certificate and IT qualification.
• Solid experience with back-end frameworks and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and build robust back-end systems for the credit estimate feature across website and app.
• Develop and maintain purpose lending products including migration from legacy systems.
• Write clean, reusable code, APIs and libraries for future engineers.
• Optimize database queries and data models for speed and reliability.
• Debug issues from minor fixes to production incidents.
• Champion quality through automated testing and secure coding practices.
