Capitec Bank Ltd. is seeking an experienced Software Development Manager: Cash Devices to lead ATM technology platforms, terminal applications and integrations.

You will drive delivery, resilience and security across a critical customer channel while developing high-performing teams and managing vendor relationships. You will partner with product, technology and business stakeholders to translate strategic roadmaps into executable plans, epics and user stories, while overseeing agile planning,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or IT or CS is required.
• 8+ years of ATM domain experience with delivery/operational background.
• Proven leadership of technical delivery teams in banking/finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple ATM technology delivery teams and oversee delivery quality.
• Translate product roadmaps into executable delivery plans and epics.
• Ensure system availability, performance, resilience and security of critical banking systems.
• Lead incident management, root-cause analysis and recovery activities.
• Mentor and develop high-performing delivery teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with Product Head to align roadmaps with delivery milestones and forecasts.
• Apply agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, scaled agile) and manage dependencies and releases.
