Placements24 is seeking an experienced Social Work Manager to lead Child Protection services in Limpopo, with a focus on remote team leadership and strategic oversight to safeguard vulnerable children across the region.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work and SACSSP registration.
• 7+ years post-qualification experience in social work, with 3+ years in supervisory/management roles.
• Expertise in child welfare legislation, child protection systems, and case management best practices.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities; proficient in remote team management and digital collaboration tools.

You will guide a team of social workers, develop policies, foster partnerships with stakeholders, and oversee case management to ensure best practices are consistently applied. Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and supervision to a team of social workers involved in child protection cases.

Requirements
