Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in program management within the social sector or non-profit organizations.
• Proven track record of successfully designing, implementing, and managing complex social programs.
• Strong understanding of community needs and social issues relevant to the Paarl area.
• Excellent leadership, communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams and work effectively in a virtual environment.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Development Studies, or a related field preferred.
