Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in social media management and/or public relations.
• Proven experience creating engaging content for various social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organized and detail-oriented with good time management skills.
• Knowledge of the local Polokwane and Limpopo market is beneficial.

• Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities.
• Track and report on social media performance metrics and PR coverage.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries and feedback received through social media channels.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content.
