Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Development Studies, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably within the non-profit or social enterprise sector.
• Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing social impact programs.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting on social impact metrics.
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
• Strong understanding of the socio-economic context of North West province, particularly Klerksdorp.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing office-based tasks with fieldwork.

Responsibilities
