Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Public Policy, International Development, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in managing complex social impact programs, preferably in the non-profit or development sector.
• Proven track record of strategic planning, program development, and successful execution of large-scale initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership building, and resource mobilization.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational abilities.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
