Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a visionary Social Impact Program Lead in Nelspruit (Mbombela) to design, implement and scale high‑impact community initiatives that deliver lasting change. You will align programs with organizational strategy and shape partnerships with government, NGOs and business to broaden reach.

You will work with diverse stakeholders, manage program budgets and staff, mentor teams, and leverage data to drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across regional

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Public Policy, International Development, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of program management and leadership experience in social impact or non-profit sectors.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and manage complex projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Experience in the Mpumalanga/Nelspruit region is advantageous.

About the Role
