About the Role

Our client, a dynamic non-profit organization focused on improving lives in Vereeniging , is seeking a meticulous and insightful Social Impact Analyst . This role is crucial for measuring, evaluating, and reporting on the effectiveness and impact of the organization's programs and initiatives within the Gauteng province. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to demonstrate the value and outcomes of our work, informing strategic decision-making and enhancing program design. Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement frameworks for measuring and evaluating social impact.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various program activities.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate program performance and impact to stakeholders.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards organizational goals.
  • Conduct research on best practices in social impact measurement and evaluation.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for program improvement and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with program staff to ensure data quality and effective use of findings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or a related analytical field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, impact evaluation, or program monitoring and evaluation.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Excel) and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with the non-profit sector and social impact frameworks is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team-based environment in Vereeniging .
