Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an analytical Impact Measurement Analyst to join its fully remote team. You will design measurement frameworks, collect and analyze data, and translate findings into actionable insights for program improvement and stakeholder communication.

Ideal candidates have strong quantitative skills, deep understanding of M&E methodologies, and a track record in impact assessment within the charity or non-profit sector. Remote home-office setup is essential.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in impact measurement, evaluation, or data analysis, preferably in non-profit or social sector.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, R, Stata) and data visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of M&E methodologies and social impact frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement frameworks for measuring program impact and social return on investment.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various program activities.
  • Generate regular reports and presentations summarizing findings, trends, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with program managers to integrate impact measurement into design and delivery.
  • Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in impact measurement and evaluation.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with ethical standards in data collection and reporting.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
