Job summary

Nedbank is seeking a Senior Strategy professional to support the definition and execution of the SME Customer Value Proposition through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration across Product, Sales, Service, Credit, Digital, Marketing and Analytics.

You will translate insights into prioritised initiatives that improve customer outcomes, engagement and portfolio profitability while balancing risk and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in customer value management, strategy or analytics.
• Experience in strategy development, portfolio management or related financial services.
• Postgraduate qualification or professional development in strategy or analytics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, refinement and execution of the SME CVM strategy.
• Analyse SME customer needs, behaviours and value drivers to identify opportunities.
• Translate business needs into differentiated value propositions and initiatives.
• Prepare strategic papers and presentations for decision-making.
