Job summary

Nedbank is seeking a Senior Campaign Manager to lead planning, orchestration and execution of SME CVM campaigns across owned and assisted channels. You will partner with SME CVM, Product, Sales, Marketing, Digital, Data and frontline teams to design personalised, trigger-based interventions that drive acquisition, activation, engagement and portfolio growth.

You will translate strategy into execution with disciplined prioritisation, testing, measurement and continuous improvement, while coaching

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 and an advanced marketing or business qualification are required.
• 3–6 years’ relevant experience in campaign management, customer engagement, direct/digital marketing, CVM or integrated marketing within a complex organisation.
• Experience in SME banking, business banking or financial services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead SME CVM campaign strategy, planning and prioritisation across multi-channel delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across owned, digital, direct and assisted channels.
• Translate opportunities into audience definitions, personalisation, journeys and engagement plans.
• Define objectives, success measures, and ensure governance, testing and measurement disciplines.
• Lead the campaigns team, manage capacity and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, privacy and brand requirements.
