Qualifications

• Grade 12 or NQF4 is required.
• Experience in banking/financial environment is advantageous.
• Computer literacy with intermediate Excel and Word.
• Ability to perform well in a high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of the National Credit Act.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English; client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Recovery of ad hoc costs per transaction.
• Payment of expenses as required (correct and timely).
• General administrative functions (EFTs, journals, receipts).
• Ensure EFTs and journals meet audit requirements daily.
• Filing of all documentation (scanning and filing).
• Timely completion and follow-up of administrative duties.
