Job summary

Impact HR in Delmas is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure staff have the equipment to perform tasks in line with client requirements and company policies.

A successful candidate will have 3–5 years’ experience, strong communication skills, knowledge of BCEA and LRA, and experience with MS Office and contract management. The role includes safety, training coordination, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• Degree in HR Management and/or Business Management/Administration.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar or related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of BCEA & LRA.
• 2–5 years’ experience in contract management.
• Experience with MS Office Packages.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resources at client sites.
• Provide thorough feedback to project stakeholders.
• Attend to and assist in resolving administrative requests.
• Manage all on-site orders effectively.
• Enforce all workplace policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training and development activities for employees.
• Ensure administrative documentation retention in line with POPI.
• Prepare and submit timesheets and payroll-related documents.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports to stakeholders.
• Manage IR and HR issues on site.
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance by all employees.
• Arrange medicals and PPE distribution as required.
• Follow up on IOD process feedback.
• Conduct risk observations.
• Arrange and attend stakeholder meetings.
