Talent Evolution (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Site Partner to lead a fuel and retail site in South Africa. You will own commercial performance, financial management, people leadership, customer experience, safety, and regulatory compliance, driving sustainable sales and profit growth.

You will manage the site as a business, aligning strategy with operational excellence, risk management and stakeholder relationships while maintaining quality service and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Degree at NQF Level 7 – Essential.
• Degree in Business Management or related field at NQF Level 8 – Ideal.
• Minimum 8 years' managerial experience in fuel/retail operations with compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and deliver the site plan and budget for sales and profit growth.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations, fuel handling, retail outlets, stock and distribution.
• Monitor financial reporting and ensure timely, accurate capture and reconciliation.
