Job summary

Talent Evolution (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Site Partner to drive overall performance at an assigned fuel and retail site. You will lead commercial strategy, financial management, and people leadership to deliver sustainable sales and profit growth while maintaining safety, service quality, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires ownership mindset and collaboration with suppliers, franchisors and regulators to optimise operations and customer experience at the site level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level business/management degree required or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of managerial experience in retail/fuel operations or similar
• Experience in budgeting, cost control and profitability management
• Strong regulatory, safety and compliance knowledge

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and deliver the site plan and budget focused on sales and profit growth
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the site including fuel handling, retail outlets, storage and distribution
• Monitor cash, stock, HR and other operational resources
• Maintain site safety, regulatory compliance and quality standards
• Lead recruitment, performance management and succession planning
• Oversee reporting, KPI tracking and financial reporting to stakeholders
