Qualifikationen

• Minimum Grade 12 is required; tertiary qualification is advantageous.
• 5 years’ working experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in the waste management or recycling industry.
• Valid driver’s license and computer literacy.
• Strong English communication; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, sometimes on holidays/weekends.

Aufgaben

• Plan personnel for each site to meet SLA requirements and financial targets.
• Recruit and appoint staff according to company policies.
• Plan equipment and layout on site as per SLA agreements.
• Ensure stock, consumables, and equipment are kept in good condition.
• Maintain awareness of each client SLA and site performance.
• Oversee site cleanliness, productivity and operations.
• Coordinate cage and bin collections; liaise with transport providers.
• Deliver service notes to finance; report problems to Operations Manager.
• Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and profitability.
• Provide written feedback on client relationships to Management.
• Induct and train staff; manage performance and grievances per policy.
• Execute disciplinary actions following company policy; payroll updates weekly.
