Job summary

Dante Personnel is seeking a hands-on Site Manager to oversee operations at our mining and industrial site. You will lead safety, quality, and compliance programs and actively supervise teams to deliver reliable performance.

The role requires 5 years in site management, strong OHS/SHEQ knowledge, ISO 9001/14001 experience, and a proven track record in audits, reporting, and client liaison. A valid driver's license and own transport are preferred.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric
• 5 Years’ experience in Site Management, Site Supervision, Operations Management or a similar role
• 3 Years’ experience in an industrial, mining, engineering, manufacturing or related environment
• Proven experience managing and supervising teams
• Strong Quality Management experience
• Practical experience working with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
• Relevant Health and Safety / SHEQ courses or certifications
• Strong knowledge of OHS requirements, risk assessments and site safety procedures
• Experience conducting site inspections, audits and incident investigations
• Experience maintaining safety, quality and operational documentation
• Experience dealing with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams
• Strong reporting and administrative abilities
• Yellow machine experience will be advantageous
• Equipment, maintenance and operational experience will be advantageous
• Valid driver's license plus own reliable vehicle
• Must be a hands-on, practical individual who is comfortable being actively involved in site operations
• Ability to work under pressure and take full ownership of site operations
