Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally with internal teams, external stakeholders, suppliers, and clients.
• Lead safety management initiatives and conduct inspections, addressing concerns promptly.
• Coordinate daily activities with site supervisors and management to meet deadlines and goals.
• Compile and analyze performance reports related to safety, milestones, and financial metrics.
• Drive improvement projects to enhance site efficiency, safety, and productivity.
• Conduct comprehensive inspections of conveyor systems and equipment, recommending maintenance or repairs.
• Promote product sales and maintain excellent client relationships to foster satisfaction.
• Manage and develop a team of site supervisors, technicians, and support staff.
