Placements24 is seeking an experienced Site Installation Manager to oversee complex installation projects across multiple sites, including Mahikeng. You will lead installation teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, solid project management skills, and a thorough understanding of installation processes in the relevant industry.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Installation Manager or in a similar project management role overseeing site installations.
• Strong understanding of installation processes, methodologies, and quality control procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all on-site installation activities from commencement to completion.
• Supervise and lead installation teams, ensuring adherence to project schedules, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure all installations comply with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
