Job summary

The Recruiter is seeking an experienced Building Site Manager to oversee construction sites in the Paarl area. The role focuses on delivering projects safely, on time, and to the required quality standards, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Based in Paarl within the Western Cape, you will manage daily operations, lead construction teams, and maintain essential site documentation while driving project performance and safety adherence across all stages.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Construction Management, Building Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as Building Site Manager.
• Experience managing building projects from start to finish.
• Knowledge of construction methods and site procedures.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
