Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dependable Site Foreman to lead operations on construction sites around Port Elizabeth. You will supervise crews, ensure safety, quality, and timely completion, and serve as the link between site personnel and management.

The role requires practical trade knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to read blueprints. You’ll be responsible for task allocation, equipment use, and reporting progress while fostering a productive, safe on-site culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Foreman or supervisor in the construction industry.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites.

About the Role

Our client seeks a dependable and experienced Site Foreman to lead operations on various construction sites in and around Port Elizabeth . This hands-on role requires effective supervision of construction crews, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. You will be the direct link between site personnel and project management, responsible for daily task allocation, equipment management, and adherence to project schedules. The ideal candidate will have a strong practical understanding of construction trades and a proven ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced environment within the Eastern Cape .
