Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the daily activities of the construction crew, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Operate and manage construction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce all site safety protocols to minimize accidents.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site, managing materials and equipment effectively.
• Report on daily progress, including labor, materials, and equipment used, to the site supervisor or project manager.
• Inspect work in progress to ensure it meets quality standards and addresses any issues that arise.
