Unilever is seeking a Site Engineering Manager to lead engineering strategy, maintenance and capital projects across the Boksburg site in Johannesburg, South Africa. The role oversees utilities, production lines, plants and buildings to drive performance improvements.

You will manage spares, assets and services while guiding a team through innovations and digital maintenance initiatives to strengthen reliability and efficiency.

Formación

• BSc Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical.
• GCC certification is essential.
• 8–10 years' experience across Engineering roles.
• 3–5 years in FMCG / manufacturing operations.
• Engineering experience in FMCG Supply Chain (Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Process).
• Experience with digital maintenance systems, condition monitoring or plant data analytics advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering strategy, innovation and capital projects for the site.
• Manage maintenance and asset care including TPM and SIMAS.
• Oversee safety, health and environmental aspects of projects.
• Drive digital maintenance systems and data analytics for reliability.
• Ensure asset lifecycle and reliability across critical assets.
