You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day technical operations on construction sites, ensuring that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. This role is crucial for translating designs into reality, managing site activities, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of infrastructure and building projects, playing a vital role in the development of the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all technical aspects of construction projects on-site, ensuring adherence to design drawings and specifications.
• Plan and schedule daily construction activities, coordinating labor, plant, and materials effectively.
• Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols on site, conducting regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.
• Monitor construction progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement corrective actions promptly.

Requirements

• National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar construction supervision role.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant building codes.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
