Together Staffing group is assisting a leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor in Gauteng to appoint a hands-on Site Agent registered with SACPCMP as Pr.CM. The role focuses on running sites, leading teams, and turning drawings into real-world infrastructure, with exposure to roads, earthworks and stormwater systems.

The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years’ site management experience on civil projects, a BTech in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or

• Registered SACPCMP as Pr.CM.
• 10+ years of site management experience on civil infrastructure.
• Experience with roads, earthworks, bulk services, stormwater and related works.
• Experience with medium to large-scale civil contractor projects.
• Familiarity with industry standards and contractual requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Run and supervise civil construction sites in Gauteng.
• Lead multidisciplinary site teams to deliver projects.
• Ensure compliance with standards and contractual requirements.
• Interpret drawings and translate into on-site works.
