Job summary

Construct Executive Search is seeking an experienced Site Agent in KwaZulu-Natal to oversee construction projects on site. The role requires handling contracts up to R80 million and ensuring project milestones are met.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering or construction-related degree and is professionally registered as an Engineer, Engineering Technologist, Construction Manager or Project Manager, with a minimum of seven years in a Site Agent position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering, or Bachelor of Technology, or Diploma in Construction.
• Registered as a Professional Engineer/Engineering Technologist and/or Professional Construction Manager or Professional Project Manager.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Site Agent.
• Ability to manage contracts up to R80 million.
