Job summary

Performability Recruitment (Pty) Ltd in Ballito is seeking a Signage Assembly & Installation Specialist to assemble and install signage on-site for varied projects. The role requires hands-on work with different materials and wiring illuminated signs, often outside regular office hours.

You will handle printing and large format cutting tasks and must be able to work unsupervised while maintaining high quality under pressure, with residence on the North Coast preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience assembling and installing signage.
• Experience with a variety of materials (wood, MDF, acrylic, steel, etc).
• Experience wiring and installing illuminated signs i.e. wiring the electrics of a sign
• Experience on print/cut with large format cutters/printers
• Able to work unsupervised and produce quality work at a steady pace/ under pressure
• Slightly inconsistent work hours due to before and after office hour installations

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install signage on-site.
• Wire and install illuminated signs including electrics.
• Operate large format printers/cutters for signage production.
• Maintain quality and work under pressure, sometimes outside regular hours.
