Job summary

Profile Personnel is seeking a proactive showroom salesperson to drive sales and support business growth in Jeffreys Bay. You will assist customers, prepare quotations, and convert enquiries into orders while building lasting relationships with homeowners, contractors and designers.

You will handle site visits, attend appointments, and collaborate with stock and logistics to ensure timely delivery and accurate records. Strong product knowledge and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in building materials, tiles, hardware, décor, kitchens, bathrooms, or related industries advantageous.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Target-driven with the ability to close sales.
• Confident dealing with customers face-to-face.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Own transport advantageous.
• Computer literate (MS Office / sales systems).

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and incoming sales enquiries.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up to secure orders.

• Capture sales orders accurately.

• Monitor outstanding quotations and follow-up activities.
• Work closely with stock, logistics, and administration teams.
• Ensure customer expectations are managed regarding availability and delivery.
