Responsibilities

• Assist with quotes, orders, deliveries, and general admin to ensure the sales process runs smoothly.
• Load, update and follow up on leads in the CRM system and keep pricing updated in showroom.
• Manage inbound customer interactions, walk-ins and provide professional support throughout the journey.
• Keep showroom neat, presented, and priced accurately.
• Assist with stock checks and pricing updates using Excel and Word.
• Coordinate deliveries and communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain admin processes and support sales consultants to create a professional showroom experience.
