Clicks Group Limited is seeking a customer-focused team member to support in-store operations at Riversdale. You will handle point-of-sale tasks, cash handling, and clubcard enrollment while delivering friendly, professional service and promoting promotions to boost sales.

Keep updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store standards to ensure a positive customer experience and reflect the brand values of Clicks in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Basic maths calculations.
• Retail/FMCG background and understanding of merchandising and promotions.
• Knowledge of stock management procedures.
• Knowledge of customer service excellence.

Responsabilités

• Execute operational activities at the point of sale in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accuracy when scanning merchandise and processing payments, including clubcard rewards.
• Ensure safe handling of cash at all times.
• Promote Clicks clubcard and enroll new members to meet targets.
• Inform customers about promotions to positively affect sales.
• Deliver superior customer service as a brand ambassador with a friendly, professional approach.
• Maintain merchandising and housekeeping duties according to store standards.
• Support the Group’s vision to be the customer’s first choice health and beauty retailer.

• To efficiently execute all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely and efficient manner.
• To maintain high levels of accuracy when scanning merchandise and collecting payment for goods purchased, including actioning clubcard rewards.
• To ensure the safe handling of cash at all times.
• To proactively promote the Clicks' clubcard and to enroll new clubcard members in order to achieve the clubcard participation targets.
