Job summary

Clicks Group is seeking a dedicated Retail Associate to execute POS operations, handle payments, and promote clubcard enrollment in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute all POS operational activities promptly and accurately.
• Maintain accuracy when scanning merchandise and collecting payment, including clubcard handling.
• Promote Clicks clubcard and enroll new members to hit targets.
• Highlight promotions to drive sales and enhance customer spend.
• Deliver superior customer service and act as a brand ambassador in-store.
• Maintain merchandising and housekeeping per store standards.
• Support the group’s vision by living company values and knowledge of products.

• To efficiently execute all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely and efficient manner.

• To ensure the safe handling of cash at all times.
• To proactively promote the Clicks' clubcard and to enroll new clubcard members in order to achieve the clubcard participation targets.
