Clicks Group Limited is seeking a friendly, customer‑facing team member for in-store operations. You will handle cash, promote promotions and clubcard loyalty, and ensure accurate sales procedures at the point of sale.

The role emphasizes delivering great customer service, maintaining store standards, and staying informed about product ranges and promotions to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications

Basic maths calculations
Retail/FMCG background and understanding of merchandising and promotions principles
Understanding of stock management procedures
Knowledge of customer service excellence

Responsabilités

To efficiently execute all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely and efficient manner.
To maintain high levels of accuracy when scanning merchandise and collecting payment, including clubcard rewards.
To ensure the safe handling of cash at all times.
To promote the Clicks clubcard and enrol new members to meet targets.
To make customers aware of promotions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
To deliver superior customer service as a brand ambassador with a friendly, professional demeanour.
To maintain merchandising and housekeeping duties according to store standards.
To support company vision to be the customers' first choice health and beauty retailer.
To stay updated on products, ranges, promotions and events to provide accurate information to customers
