Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking a dedicated onboard housekeeping team member to maintain pristine public areas on the ship. You will vacuum, mop, and sanitize corridors, lounges, restrooms, and elevators, while ensuring guest comfort and safety throughout the vessel.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to work a demanding schedule, including weekends and holidays. Prior ship experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all public areas of the ship, including hallways, elevators, lounges, and restrooms.
• Vacuum, mop, and dust all surfaces in public areas.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed.
• Stock and maintain supplies in public restrooms.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of events and activities on the ship.
• Work alongside other crew members to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean environment.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to requests or inquiries promptly and professionally.
