Job summary

Trending Talent Solutions is helping a leading South African feed producer in the Western Cape recruit a Shift Supervisor. You will coordinate production, supervise staff, monitor equipment operation and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

The role requires Grade 12, at least three years in the feed industry with supervisory experience, MS Office proficiency, a valid driver''s license, and readiness to work shifts and overtime.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in the feed industry with supervisory experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and computer literacy.
• Valid driver''s license.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work shifts and overtime on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production and supervise staff and equipment.
• Provide first line support for engineering breakdowns and generate work orders.
• Ensure quality feed production.
• Adhere to ISO, HACCP, 20 Keys and other systems.
