Qualifications

• Previous experience as an industrial cleaner with lead or supervisory duties.
• Proficient with industrial cleaning tools, machinery and chemicals.
• Thorough understanding of health and safety procedures in an industrial environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for leading a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of industrial cleaners during assigned shifts.
• Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing floors, dusting and sanitizing.
• Operate and maintain floor scrubbers and pressure washers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Check cleaning equipment and supplies and report maintenance or stock shortages.
• Provide training and support to team members on best practices.
