Role requires coordinating with factory supervision, sales reps, and distribution teams, and enforcing compliance with company policies and safety standards while driving continuous improvement in dispatch processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage team and support staff (Clerks, Loaders and Shunters).
• Provide training, guidance and performance evaluations.
• Ensure the efficient and timely dispatch of product.
• Monitor scheduling, route planning and resource allocation on the loaders.
• Maintain accurate recons and dispatch records.
• Respond to emergencies, unexpected delays or disruptions in real-time.
