The role requires 3–5 years of experience in SHEQ/ISO compliance, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement and regulatory alignment within the organization.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in SHEQ and ISO compliance within the waste management or related industries.
• Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and ISO standards.
• Proven ability to develop and implement compliance programs.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment, quality, and ISO standards across operations
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold SHEQ requirements
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures aligned with industry standards
• Provide training and support to staff on compliance and safety protocols
• Monitor regulatory changes and update organizational practices accordingly
• Prepare compliance reports and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives
