Absa Group is seeking a Settlements Manager for Asset and Investor Services to own the end-to-end settlements operation. You will ensure transactions are processed accurately, efficiently and within service standards while leading execution, monitoring and authorization of operations.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in business/management with regulatory exposure.
• Experience in custody operations and settlements is required.
• Strong communication skills for dealing with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely settlement in line with market, regulatory and internal cut-off times.
• Optimize team capacity through workload planning and continuity management.
• Drive process improvements, automation and efficiency gains.
• Use KPIs and MI to monitor results and drive corrective action.
• Maintain governance, procedures and control frameworks for settlements.
• Provide leadership in resolving incidents and client queries.
• Ensure accurate and secure handling of records and documentation.
• Deliver daily, weekly and monthly operational controls and reporting.
